Artists in Residence

EGS has a tradition of inviting renowned artists in their field as artists in residence, one each to every session of a summer school. All of the artists in residence have a special connection to expressive arts, either by going through AGS training or through participating in the development of the subject.
Artists in residence enrich the summer schools through performances and through teaching students in their special discipline. In many cases this working-together culminates in a joint performance by artist in residence and students participating  in the course.
